The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible to assist with floor supervision and oversee the daily dining and beverage outlet operations. This includes all aspects of guest service, cleanliness of the restaurant facilities and building employee relationships. In addition, this position supports the Restaurant Manager with advanced administrative responsibilities including using Kronos, accurately logging invoices; tracking uniform usage and overseeing all food outlet supplies
Provide professional and courteous bell service to guests by delivering luggage, etc. to/from room; inventory and stock linen storage & amenities, clear hallways of soiled linens and bedding and other assigned duties to facilitate guest services and efficient management of the hotel.
The Concierge professionally greets and welcomes guests upon entrance, acts as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information. Understands guests needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel and the region. This is a part-time position.
The Front Desk Supervisor resolves guest problems to the best of their ability calling on your direct reports when necessary, assist Front Desk Manager and/or Assistant Front Desk Manager in the training of all front desk staff, and is responsible for performing all functions and responsibilities of a Guest Service Agent and Night Audit when needed.
Cleans guest rooms and suites to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and service. Reports maintenance deficiencies, handles guests’ requests and ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms and suites.
The Houseperson is responsible for keeping the general appearance of the facility in clean, functional working order. This also includes being accessible to customers and guests by providing the best customer service experience possible.
The Cook II is a mid-skill level position responsible for preparing meals and following establishment recipes to include; preparing ingredients, adhering to restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff, and deliver quality food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer.
