We operate 9 lodging facilities, 31 restaurants, and 5 campgrounds inside Yellowstone. Our season runs from April to October. While preference is given to applicants able to work an entire season, we do hire people who can work for a shorter time period.
Positions start at 40 hours per week (time and a half is paid above 40 hours). Your assigned role may vary based on your experience level as well as our business needs. When you apply for seasonal work in Yellowstone, you may be considered for the following positions.
- Kitchen crew (prep, set-up, service, clean up, and restocking of food service areas)
- Room attendant (clean and prepare guest rooms)
- Laundry (wash, dry, fold, count, and sort sheets, towels, blankets, tablecloths, napkins and more)
- Front of the House - Host, Server, Server Assistant (provide excellent guest service in an efficient manner)
- Cooks (prep, set-up, service, clean up, and restocking of cooks line and appropriate prep areas)
- Front desk (provide excellent guest service, register guests, assign guest rooms and cabins, make, confirm, assist, and cancel reservations)

This is a full-time year round position based in our Flagstaff office location.The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for timely and accurately processing all trade payable invoices incurred by the Grand Canyon Railway and The Grand Hotel. This position will cross-train in processing of all trade and payables for Grand Canyon South Rim and Tusayan Trading Post.
This is a full-time year round position working at the Grand Canyon Railway Locomotive Facility in Williams, AZ. The AM Carman is responsible for inspecting, running repairs and servicing the GCR in-service passenger cars in compliance with Federal train movement instructions, train signals, and railroad rules and regulations to make up and supervise the movement of passenger and freight trains.
Oversees the accounting operations and is responsible for the financial activities of The Oasis at Death Valley Resort.
In cooperation with the Retail Manager, maintains oversight of the retail. Acts as retail manager when retail manager is absent. Cash handling experience is preferred. The season at Rocky Mountain National Park runs from approximately mid-May until mid-October. Candidate must be capable to work at an altitude of 12,000 feet
All positions at Rocky Mountain are full-time seasonal positions, there are NO full-time year round positions.
Under direction of Restaurant Manager this position is responsible to assist with floor supervision and oversee the daily dining and beverage outlet operations. This includes all aspects of guest service, cleanliness of the restaurant facilities and building employee relationships. In addition, this position supports the Restaurant Manager with advanced administrative responsibilities including using Kronos, accurately logging invoices; tracking uniform usage and overseeing all food outlet supplies. It is anticipated that this person will be working as a floor manager 70% of the time and will be performing training and administrative duties 30% of the time.
The Banquet Captain will assist in all aspects of our Banquet Operations and occasionally help out in the restaurant for ala carte service.
Providing expedient, efficient and courteous service to patrons; taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
Provides shuttle services for employees and guests, handles bags and luggage, and picks up/delivers messages, documents, packages, and other items between properties. As a Cafeteria Attendant you will provide food service to all guests with exceptional customer service.
Performs entry-level batch cooking, function, banquet or prep production.
Serve food on the cafeteria line, bus tables, clean and stock.
Ensures highest quality standards of housekeeping are met for guests and per Glacier National Park Lodges (GNPL) standards. Daily guest room and public area cleaning including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, preventative maintenance, handling guest requests, etc. with attention to detail and giving personal best in service Lifting, bending, kneeling, and excessive movement involved. Must assist in other departments or with other job duties as requested or necessary.
Employee will work between 30-40 hours/week, with 4-5 shifts/week, depending on business needs. Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Work with the Garage Manager and Mechanics to perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on the fleet of historic red busses as well as the fleet of company vehicles. In addition, have the ability to supervise other mechanics in the day to day operations of the garage.
This is a year-round, full-time position with a 4-week furlough period. Located in Columbia Falls, MT.
