  • Overview

    Entering new equipment information into the CMMS system, INFOR, as failures or replacements occur.


    • Collect and document information for the commissioning of new equipment as each new asset is received. Once a new asset is uploaded in to the database, the clerk will confirm the prior asset information is correct while decommissioning the replaced asset from the database.
    • Enter all new information into the CMMS system database for newly received equipment, buildings or building improvements and provide each new asset with an applicable number.
    • Review closed project files and complete work orders, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately as directed.
    • Responsible for collection, coding and submitting invoices in a timely manner
    • Handle variety of other administrative duties including answering phones, filing, record keeping memo writing and distribution as required,
    • Participates in annual stockroom inventory and final audit reports.
    • Cover dispatch operations as needed.
    • Adhere to all safety, sustainability and ergonomic policies while performing duties.
    • Support all other engineering crafts, Phantom Ranch, and managers as directed.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Demonstrated organizational skills in an administrative capacity, particularly handling a large flow of paperwork.
    • Previous data entry and/or clerical experience preferred.
    • Ability to communicate instruction and provide direction to engineering crafts during asset processing.
    • Absolute attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork.
    • Proven professional communication skills, particularly phone communication skills.
    • Proficient PC skills with Word, Excel and Windows based software desired.
    • Basic accounting and math principles
    • Ability to multi-task, work quickly, accurately and thoroughly when under pressure.
    • Ability to be flexible and open to changes in procedures.
    • Possess a valid Arizona Driver’s License within 90 days of start date and comply with the company Driver Safety Program.
