In the absence of the Regional Talent Manager will place regular and effective (print, online) talent recruitment ads as requested, submitting associated invoices for approval and processing in a timely manner.
Regularly uses social media by utilizing iCIMS advertising integrations with Facebook, LinkedIn, Career Arc, and any other related sources.
Track all candidates’ status, maintain accuracy in Applicant Tracking System, and document processes to ensure compliance. Accurately code and close, and create detailed notes in the applicants profile based on established guidelines.
Review candidate qualifications; manage interview and selection process with hiring managers, ensuring compliance with AAP, company policies and procedures, and EEOC employment laws.
Insure applicable candidate reference checks are conducted in a timely manner.
Generate detailed verbal offers of employment to selected applicants to maintain talent requirements for organization.
Maintains positive relationships with all levels of organization including internal and external candidates by communicating in a timely, detailed and effective manner regarding progress of hire, and offer information.
Develop a talent pool to aid in increasing seasonal staffing as necessary.
Effectively manage and utilize available resources, including effective use of iCIMS applicant tracking system, Xpress Employee Intranet and any other resources.
Participate in talent finding job fairs, employee recognition, development and/or employee events activities.
May prepare reports to include recruiting statistics.
May conduct research to assist with identifying potential qualified talent pools.
Coordinate incoming property-to-property employment transfer requests and forward outgoing and internal transfer requests to Human Resources Manager to ensure the completion of internal applicant management approval form.
Communicates background check consideration results with Regional Talent Manager, HR Manager and Director of HR and follows up to ensure timely completion of pre-adverse action and communication with all parties.
Maintains background check consideration log.
As necessary, coordinate travel, meetings, and hotel accommodations for approved candidates.
Work with Regional Talent Manager to update and develop job descriptions based on department needs.
Works closely with Human Resources Coordinator to produce and distribute weekly requisition list to appropriate parties.
In the absence of the HR Coordinator, creates and posts requisitions in iCIMS, posts to internal and external portals.
Presents HR New Hire Orientation and/or other approved training in the absence of the HR Manager and/or Regional Talent Manager.
Works with Regional Talent Manager, seeks ways to improve current process to increase efficiency and productivity.
