Yellowstone National Park Lodges operates 9 lodges with over 2,000 guest rooms and cabins across 6 different villages within the park. The Front Desk is often responsible for providing the first face-to-face impression to our guests and ensure they are given accurate and in-depth information about their accommodations and the park.
Reservation Agents are usually the very first point of contact for our guests and assist in the planning of their Yellowstone experience. Part of the training for this position includes touring the park and participating in some of the activities that you will be booking for guests.
There are 9 retail stores across 6 different villages within Yellowstone which are often the first stops for our guests. In Yellowstone, we don't sell souvenirs, we sell memories. Retail Sales Associates have an in-depth knowledge of all inventory and have a passion to assist guests with finding the perfect items and gifts to remember their Yellowstone experience.
Our Activity Sales Agents are responsible for providing our guests with accurate and detailed information about various activities throughout the park. They possess the ability to sell these activities to our guests. Our activity desks operate at a very high-volume and candidates applying for this position should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
A Bell Attendant has direct contact with our guests and provides several services such as transportation of luggage to and from rooms, providing information about the location, and providing shuttle service when necessary.
Some locations within Yellowstone National Park provide valet service for our guests during their stay. The Valet Attendant will drive guest vehicles from the hotel entrance to a nearby designated parking area. Candidates applying for this position must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
