To work under the direct supervision of the Sous Chef and the indirect supervision of Food & Beverage Managers & Chefs. Responsible for the sanitation and custodial upkeep of the Ranch Kitchen and restaurants. Responsible for the proper receiving and stocking of all products to the Ranch Kitchen.
